Nicola Sturgeon mobbed in Edinburgh after TV debate win
FIRST Minister Nicola Sturgeon was mobbed when she went on the campaign trail in Edinburgh today, following her much-praised performance against UK party leaders in last night’s televised debate.

She went on a walkabout in Corstorphine with Edinburgh West SNP candidate Michelle Thomson and was greeted by crowds of supporters and well-wishers.
She chatted and posed for selfies and was modest about her success in the debate.

Hide AdPolls showed she was rated the winner in the seven-way contest which also included Prime Minister David Cameron, Labour’s Ed Miliband and Lib Dem Nick Clegg.

Ms Sturgeon said: “We’ve got to see how people vote. After all, there’s a danger that all of us will get carried away with the post-match analysis.”
