Nicola chicks out Obscura's Easter illusion

NICOLA Shephard was lost in a world of tiny birds when she took a look at the 'Op-chick-al-illusion' at Edinburgh's Camera Obscura and World of Illusions yesterday.

The illusion was among the Easter attractions unveiled yesterday at Scotland's oldest purpose-built visitor attraction.

To celebrate the launch, staff created the largest ever flock of Easter Chicks – with a bit of help from one of their illusions – and director and manager Andrew Johnston said: "We are having a terrific year so far with a hike in visitor numbers, and plenty of new exhibits."
