NHS hotline staff awards

NHS 24 workers at South Queensferry have been recognised for their dedication and commitment at an awards ceremony.

Six members of staff were presented with annual achievement awards after receiving nominations from colleagues.

Among them were team leader Anne Stark and communications officer Amelia Whittaker.

Ms Stark won the Excellence Matters award which recognises the "excellence staff members bring when applying knowledge, skill and experience to improvements which make a difference to patient care".
