New slowdown for China's bullet trains

China has announced further speed reductions for its bullet trains following a deadly accident last month.

Railway minister Sheng Guangzu said trains designed to run at 220mph will slow to 190mph, while those built for 155mph will be cut to 125mph

The 23 July crash between two bullet trains killed 40 people.
