New site for telecoms firm

A LEADING telecommunications firm is to open an office in the Haymarket area.

Analysys Mason - which is also a technology and media consultant - has let the ground floor of the Apex 3 office development on Haymarket Terrace.

Apex 3 is part of the wider landmark development that includes Donaldson House and Apex House, currently occupied by Scottish Enterprise.

The lease became available after building consultancy EC Harris moved out, with Analysys Mason securing a 10-year lease.

Janette Dobson of Analysys Mason's Edinburgh team, said: "We are very much looking forward to moving into our new office on Haymarket Terrace which will provide us with excellent new client meeting space as well as office space for our Edinburgh-based consultants."
