New chairman at sensor firm

A SENSOR manufacturing company based in the Capital has appointed the former chief executive of BT Cellnet as its new chairman.

Howard Ford has joined Pyreos, which is based at the King’s Buildings in West Mains Road.

The firm’s founder, Jeff Wright, said: “We are very fortunate to add a man of Howard’s experience to our team and I’d like to offer a warm welcome to him from all at Pyreos.”
