Musselburgh hosts event to mark end of London Games

AN event to mark the final day of the London 2012 Paralympic Games is taking place in Musselburgh this Sunday – with 13 East Lothian acts set to 
perform.

Dubbed Bandstand Marathon, the musical celebration coincides with the end of the Paralympics and the close of the Olympic festival.

It is one of hundreds of 
community concerts to be taking place throughout the UK and will be held at Lewisvale Park.

The concert runs from 1pm to 5pm and is being managed and co-ordinated by ELjam, East Lothian Youth Music Forum and East Lothian Council in partnership with Red Dog Music and funded by Creative Scotland.
