Museum hosts children's club

CONSTRUCTION workshops for young people are being held by the Scottish Mining Museum.

The Construction Club, aimed at children aged 7-9 years old, will allow youngsters to create fun models that move, buzz and tilt, while exploring the basic principles of engineering.

The workshops will be held during the Easter holidays, on 7 and 14 April.

Claire Marie McIntyre, who will host the club said: "

They can attend one or both of the workshops and parents are welcome."
