Murder charge over body found in flat

A MAN has appeared in court charged with murder after police found a body in a flat.

The body of John Brennan, 35, was discovered in Cockenzie Street in Glasgow's Shettleston area on 2 September.

David James McPhee, 41, was charged with murder at Glasgow Sheriff Court. He was remanded in custody
