Murder charge after weekend death

A 30-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with the murder of another man who was found injured at the weekend.

Robert Brown, 37, died in hospital after being found at a house in Lindum Crescent, Motherwell, North Lanarkshire, just before 2am on Sunday.

Sean McLaughlin, 30, of New Stevenston, made no plea when he was charged yesterday at Hamilton Sheriff Court.
