Murder accused to fight extradition

Lawyers for Briton Shrien Dewani will question whether he would receive a fair trial if extradited to South Africa for the alleged murder of his wife, a court has heard.

Businessman Dewani, 31, is accused of hiring a hitman to kill Anni Dewani, 28, on their honeymoon. He did not attend the hearing at Woolwich Crown Court in London yesterday.
