MSP in treatment plea

CITY Labour MSP Malcolm Chisholm has called for better services for people suffering from lymphoedema, a condition which often follows surgery for breast cancer.

He told MSPs lymphoedema – a swelling resulting from an accumulation of fluid in the tissues – affected quality of life in terms of movement, discomfort and appearance.
