MP banned from driving

A LABOUR MP has quit the party's front bench after he was banned from driving.

Eric Joyce, who was shadow Northern Ireland minister, stood down after he admitted failing to provide a breath test.

The MP for Falkirk pleaded guilty at Falkirk Sheriff Court yesterday. He was fined 400 and banned for a year.
