Motorist cut from her car

A MOTORIST had to be cut from her vehicle following a crash on a back road between Livingston and Linlithgow.

Firefighters freed the woman after she crashed on the Dechmont back road at around 6.30pm.

No other vehicle was involved and the severity of her injuries has not been released.

The casualty was taken to hospital by ambulance.
