Motorcyclist dies in tractor collision in Kinross-shire

A MOTORCYCLIST was killed in a crash with a tractor yesterday.

The man was riding his light blue Triumph bike on the B920, just south of Scotlandwell, in Kinross-shire, when it was involved in a collision with a tractor at about 2.15pm.

He died at the scene. The man driving the tractor was not injured.

The accident happened near the junction between the B920 and an unclassified road to Leslie.

Tayside Police said the road would be closed for some time while they carried out collision investigations.

A local diversion was put in place via Auchmuirbridge.

Police appealed for information about the incident.
