Missing man is found safe

A STUDENT who went missing from a University of Edinburgh campus two weeks ago has been traced safe and well in Glasgow.

Christopher Knights had not been seen since his father dropped him off in West Mains Road at King's Buildings in Blackford shortly after midday on June 27.

The 25-year-old, from the Buckstone area of the Capital, had not been in touch with his friends or family since 12.15pm that day.

But after he was reported missing by worried family members, police traced him in Glasgow over the weekend.

His disappearance was described as "completely out of character" by police after they launched an appeal for information to help find Mr Knights.

Officers asked friends, relatives or anyone who had information on his whereabouts to contact police after he was reported missing on July 6.
