Missing man fear growing

CONCERNS are growing for the safety of a man who has been missing from his home in East Calder for almost four weeks.

Alan Clarkson, 33, was last seen in Methil, Fife, on July 31. He has not been back to his home in East Calder's Langton Terrace, or been in contact with friends or family since and was reported missing four days later.

Alan is described as being white, 5ft 9ins tall, of stocky build, with short brown hair. He was wearing a beige baseball hat, blue jumper and beige three-quarter length trousers.

A police spokesperson said: "We are growing increasingly concerned for Alan's safety, and we are appealing directly to Alan himself to make contact. Alan may still be in Fife, so we are also asking people there to look out for him."
