Mincing Queens take the cooking crown

A TRIO called The Mincing Queens have been crowned winners at the annual Mince and Tatties Championship.

The cooking competition has been held at the Mishnish Hotel in Tobermory on Mull since 2004. This year's winners were Carol Doherty, Julie Merrilees and Carole Keltie, who travelled from Edinburgh for the event.
