Mexicans arrest alleged drug lord

Mexico's federal police have arrested a founding member of the Zetas drug cartel, who allegedly controlled drug-smuggling routes and the kidnapping of migrants.

Flavio Mendez Santiago, 35, known as "El Amarillo" or "The Yellow One," was arrested outside Oaxaca City, said federal police anti-drug chief Ramon Pequeno.
