Meeting will focus on fate of high street

DUNBAR residents are invited to have their say at a meeting on the town's future following concerns about the prospects for its high street.

Run by Dunbar Trades' Association and Sustaining Dunbar, citizens can lay out their vision for the town and commercial centre at an open meeting at Hallhill Healthy Living Centre on Wednesday, October 27.

A spokesman said: "It can be to do with the area, services available, shops, transport, housing or environment.

"It can be something really big or something really small or none of these. You may find it easier if you list the three things you most like about Dunbar. The three things you really dislike and the three things you wish it had. Your input is important so please come along."

The meeting, which runs from 8-10pm, will break down into small discussion groups so everyone will have the chance to have their voice heard.
