ME expert to talk in city

A LEADING expert on ME is to address sufferers in the city next month.

Prof Julia Newton, from Newcastle University, will be the guest speaker at the AGM of organisation Edinburgh ME Self-Help. The free event will take place on October 2 at St Cuthbert's Church on Lothian Road from 2pm.

The theme of the talk is "standing up for fatigue" and latest research into the illness will be discussed.
