Market murals bringing businesses a brush with profits
The previously run-down Broomhouse Market, in south west Edinburgh, was brightened up by the Broomhouse Health Strategy Group, which obtained grants and 250 litres of paint from Dulux under a community scheme.
And the bright murals, which were painted by volunteers over 450 square metres of wall space, have increased footfall in the area, benefiting local businesses.
