Marines are well drilled for Tattoo

THE Brazilian Marine Corps Martial Band were going through their final rehearsals ahead of the start of this year's Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

Performers from across the globe will take part in the Castle spectacular, which starts on Friday.

This year, traditional favourites will be joined by the 90-strong Brazilian band and the German Mountain Army Band, among others.
