Managers get slice of action for charity

MANAGEMENT at Pizza Express in Edinburgh's Queensferry Street donned aprons and took over waiting duties for the evening to raise money for youth charity Fairbridge.

The "back to the floor" event last night saw them forgo tips and hold a raffle in aid of the charity, which works with disengaged young people in the city.

Customers were also treated to a performance from up-and-coming singer-songwriter Carrie Mac, winner of a Radio Forth One to Watch award.
