A man has been taken to hospital following a crash involving one vehicle on the A77 Bellfield Interchange in Kilmarnock.

A man has been taken to hospital following the crash on A77 at Kilmarnock.

A man has been taken to University Hospital Crosshouse on Kilmarnock Road following the road traffic collision which happened today at 4.11pm, November 25.

Police Scotland are currently in attendance at the scene on A77 Bellfield Interchange.

The northbound carriageway is still closed, but the south bound carriageway is open.

Traffic is heavy both ways and motorists are urged to use an alternative route.
