Man solves Rubik’s cube to avoid speeding ticket

Steven Brundage, a magician from the United States, solved the puzzle in 20 seconds as officers filmed his speedy efforts.
He had been pulled over by police for travelling at 42mph in a 30mph zone.

“I told the cop I was coming from a Holiday Party in NYC. He asked why I had all the cards in my car and I told him I was a magician.
“He then asked me to show him a magic trick.
“I’m glad to say I left without a ticket.”
The official record for solving a Rubik’s cube is just 5.55 seconds, which more than likely means Brundage used his magic skills in some way or another.
The video, which lasts for around 1 minute 50 seconds, shows Brundage performing tricks with the cube, including throwing it in the air jumbled up, and catching it solved.
One of the police, identified as Officer Brady, can be heard exclaiming ‘Holy s**t’ as Brundage performs the stunt.
