Man left suffering serious head injury

A MAN is in a serious condition after suffering a head injury during a disturbance, police said.

Paramedics found the man requiring urgent medical help at an incident between Lothian Street and Newmills Road, in Dalkeith, Midlothian, at 2am yesterday.
