Man injured in pub attack

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted at a city centre pub at the weekend.

The incident happened around 2.10am on Sunday, within Mad Dogs pub on George Street.

A fight broke out between two groups and the 25-year-old victim suffered facial injuries that required hospital treatment.
