Man in hospital after fall

A MAN was being treated in hospital for serious leg injuries and suspected brain damage yesterday after falling from the sixth floor of a block of flats.

The man, who has not been named, was rushed to Dundee's Ninewells Hospital late on Tuesday after emergency services were called to Tulloch Court in the Hilltown area of the city. He had landed on the concrete close at the main entrance.

A spokesman for Tayside Police said: "Inquiries revealed that a 23-year-old man had fallen from a sixth floor flat and sustained serious injuries to his limbs. There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the fall."
