Man in court over father's shooting

A MAN was remanded in custody by magistrates charged with shooting a father dead.

Mark Shaw, 24, was found in the back garden of a house in Nottingham. He had been shot in the head. Gerald Keith Breslin, 38, appeared at Nottingham Magistrates Court.
