Man in court after murder

A MAN was due to appear in court today charged in connection with the alleged murder of Armadale pensioner Ronnie Simpson.

Mr Simpson , 67, was found dead at his home in Mayfield Drive on Saturday October 6.

The discovery of his body sparked a massive hunt by police.

The 21-year-old man was due to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court.
