Man hurt in house blaze

A MAN is recovering after a fire broke out at his bungalow.

Firefighters were called to a house on the grounds of Pogbie Farm, in Humbie, East Lothian, at 1.30am on Sunday.

The 47-year-old man was treated for smoke inhamation at the scene, but did not need to go to hospital.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.

Firefighters used four hose reels and four breathing apparatus to tackle the blaze, which badly damaged the building.
