Man hurt in car collision

A MAN has suffered "serious" injuries following a head-on collision in East Lothian in which he had to be cut free from wreckage by firefighters.

The 40-year-old sustained multiple injuries to his leg, hip, head and neck as a result of the crash, which took place at around 6.40pm near Prora Farm in Drem.

The man, who was driving a Suzuki Jeep, collided with a Range Rover driven by a woman with a five-year-old passenger.
