Man hit by car on West Lothian section of M8 dies

A MAN has died after a car hit him on a stretch of the M8 in West Lothian.
The accident took place at 8.30pm on Friday between junction 3 Livingston and junction 3A Bathgate westbound.
The M8 was closed to traffic for about six hours after emergency services were called to the scene.
