The depute fiscal said that Wyllie was told to leave by the couple but he kept shouting at her before eventually leaving.

He said: "The complainer is from America and is a native American.

"The incident happened at 10 in the evening at the complainer's home. She was there with her partner and the accused, who was her neighbour.

"They were having an argument when the accused called the complainer a 'f***ing American bitch'. He also called her a f***ing mooching asylum seeker.

"She was offended by that, and so was her partner. He was told to leave but refused to and kept shouting at her.

"He was thrown out of the house and was cautioned by police. When police questioned him about the incident, he said nothing happened."

Wylie, of Palmer Court, Grangemouth, pleaded guilty to committing a racially aggravated breach of the peace.

The offence was committed at Ms Flying-Eagle's home in Cultenhove Crescent, Grangemouth, on 12 November last year.
