Man dies while walking in Glen Coe

A man has died while walking in Glen Coe, police said.

Emergency services were called to the Scottish beauty spot on Wednesday afternoon.

The man’s name and age have not been released as he is yet to be formally identified.

Police Scotland’s Highland and Islands Division tweeted: “A man has died while walking in Glen Coe today.

“Emergency services attended near Clachaig Inn at 1.19pm. He is yet to be formally identified.”
