Man dies after Glasgow bus stabbing

A 59-year-old man has died after being stabbed onboard a Glasgow bus.

The man was knifed by another man as he travelled on a bus in Yoker, Glasgow, this afternoon.

The attack happened at around 4.45pm in Yoker Ferry Road.

The man was taken to the Western Infirmary but died shortly after arrival, police said.

A police statement said: “Inquiries into the incident are continuing and officers are appealing for information.”
