Man badly hurt in baseball bat attack

A MAN was in a critical condition with head injuries last night after he was assaulted with a baseball bat.

The 31-year-old was attacked by another man at about 1:35am yesterday in Craigenfeoch Avenue, Johnstone, Renfrewshire. The victim, who was with a group of friends, was taken to Southern General Hospital in Glasgow.
