Man attacks teenage girl

A TEENAGE girl was attacked by a man who pushed her head into railings.

The 16-year-old victim had got off a bus at the top of Clovenstone Drive in Wester Hailes at around 9.20pm on Thursday, and was walking on a path leading to Clovenstone Park when the suspect grabbed her and hit her head on to railings. The victim fought back and managed to escape.

The suspect is described as black, late-20s, medium build, with a bald head, and wearing a diamond stud in his left ear, and a black leather jacket.
