Man arrested following death of Barlinnie prisoner
A MAN has been arrested following the death of a prisoner at a Glasgow jail.
The 22-year old male inmate at Barlinnie Prison died in the early hours of yesterday, Police Scotland said.
Officers said a man, also aged 22, has been arrested and is being held in police custody.
He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today.
A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
