Man and woman taken to hospital after double stabbing in Wishaw

A man and a woman were taken to hospital after a double stabbing, the ambulance service said today.

Emergency services were called to Cala Sona Court in Wishaw, in the early hours of today.

They were taken by ambulance to Wishaw General Hospital at around 2.30am, but the extent of their injuries is not yet known.

Police said no further details were currently available.
