Man, 24, held over attack outside pub

A MAN has been arrested in connection with an assault outside a pub, police said yesterday.

The 24-year-old is being held over an attack on a man outside the Waterside Inn in Dumbarton. He is expected to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court today. The 36-year-old victim was fighting for his life following the attack on Friday.
