Man, 21, attacked in centre of capital

A 21-year-old man is recovering in hospital after being attacked in Edinburgh city centre in the early hours of yesterday morning.

Two men assaulted the victim kicking and stamping on his head outside a charity shop on the South Bridge around 2:30am.
