Making a world of difference from seized assets

A PARTNERSHIP aimed at introducing more young people to the outdoors is benefiting from £1.8 million of criminals’ money.

The Personal Development Partnership, which is made up of Venture Scotland, Venture Trust and the Prince’s Trust, is a one-stop shop for youngsters who want to learn about the environment.

It looks to turn around the lives of those who may have faced problems with offending or exclusion, and direct them towards volunteering, education and employment. People taking part benefit from coaching, mentoring and team-building.
