Moyra is about 5ft 7in, has long brown hair and green eyes and has been described as “vulnerable”. She was last seen wearing a navy fleece, black leggings and Ugg boots.

Four dogs and their handlers from the Search and Rescue Dog Association, 35 mountain rescuers from Dundonnel, Assynt and RAF Kinloss teams and ten coastguard officers have been searching close to Moyra’s home.

A Northern Constabulary spokeswoman said her family in Tain are concerned about her state of mind. Searches are concentrating in the Edderton area and Balblair Distillery has given access to its premises as a rendezvous point.
