Lunch to aid cancer fight

A LADIES' lunch to raise money for cancer patients in Edinburgh is to take place at the beginning of next month.

Tickets for the event at the Sheraton Grand Hotel on February 4 are still available.

Cash raised will go to the Maggie's Centre cancer support unit at the Western General.

The lunch, one of many events celebrating the charity's 15th birthday, will be hosted by broadcaster and comedian Fred MacAulay, with raffle prizes including spa treatments.
