The basketball development officer's 20,000 haul topped his previous win of 12,500, which he claimed on National Lottery contest Who Dares Wins.

Mr Craig decided to walk away with 20,000 at the seventh question on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire - 'Which Madame Tussauds' waxwork model was scented?'.

"Having never been to Madame Tussauds, I was always at a disadvantage," he said. "I would've said Kylie Minogue but I wasn't brave enough to go for it. It turned out to be right."
