Lorry's mod cons a road hazard

A HUNGARIAN lorry driver was ordered off the road after being caught driving in Stirling with a table on his dashboard with a laptop and DVD player on it.

Neither was on and he was allowed to continue after moving them. Chief Inspector Donald McMillan said: "It is incredible to think a driver would put things in place that would obscure his vision."
