Lord Dalmeny caught speeding on 3-wheeled scooter
Lord Harry Dalmeny, the son and heir of the Earl of Rosebery, was clocked doing 43mph in a 30mph zone in central London.
The Cambridge graduate, who was educated at Eton, was photographed by a police speed camera riding his Piaggio three-wheeler along Upper Thames Street on 11 December last year.

Hide AdDalmeny, who is the Chairman of the British Branch of Southeby’s, at London’s New Bond Street, pleaded guilty to speeding by letter to the court.
He did not attend City of London Magistrates’ Court today where chair of the bench and Labour peer Lord Ponsonby fined him £400.
Dalmeny, who lives in Dalmeny House, South Queensferry, was also ordered to pay £85 costs, a victim surcharge of £40, and his driving license was endorsed with four points.
The Scottish nobleman’s son, who has five children of his own, has worked as an auctioneer at some of Southeby’s biggest sales.
He is Deputy Lieutenant for the county of Midlothian and is a member of the Royal Company of Archers.
Dalmeny admitted speeding.
