The largest of the trucks is the biggest road-legal type of truck in Europe, constructed to “go virtually anywhere carrying mobile advertising images that are highly eye-catching,” and visible on both sides and rear.

Mad Ads says it will have the trucks appearing at high-profile sports events and arenas where large numbers of people will see them.

The system and the trucks are the brainchild of Graeme Dow, group MD, who said: “Companies are always looking for innovative ways to advertise and they say a picture is worth a thousand words, so a moving picture must be worth a lot more than that.”

The company is also in talks with shopping malls and sports arenas about advertising on the mobile screens and expects to make further announcements soon.
